The Elan SLX Pro is a true versatile slalom carver. A bit more forgiving than the SL, this is the ski of choice for charging hard, yet forgiving enough for smooth easy piste skiing. For added feel and agility in perfectly connected slalom turns, we used Elan's innovative Ace Arrow Technology. This innovation employs an arrow shaped layer that loads extra energy to the edges while lower inversed arrow shaped layer provides turn entry quickness and turn exit stability. The camber profile helps with quick entry into the turn, as well as stability. The Power Shift system makes this ski lighter without performance compromise. This ski also comes with RST Sidewalls, Laminated Woodcore, and two sheets of titanal. A ski for classic slalom enthusiasts!

• DUAL TI / TI2 – Dual TI is a sandwiched wood core with 2 layers of titanal. The construction provides superior edge control and a progressive flex pattern for high performance skis.
• Ace Arrow technology is the utilization of strategically shaped titanal structural layers in the ski that work in harmony to deliver a lightning quick response with worldclass precision and accuracy. Upper arrow shaped titanal layer gathers and transfers this energy simultaneously which translates into instant superior edge pressure, while lower inverse arrow shaped titanal layer brings quickness and lightness to turn entry and stability on turn exit without added weight.
• RST SIDEWALL - The RST Construction optimizes the transfer of power and energy from the skier to the edge, providing maximum edge hold from the tip to the tail of the ski.
• The R² FRAME wood core is a unique tip-to-tail laminated wood core where a softer wood center is reinforced by a hardwood frame, allowing the core material to distribute forces evenly from tip to tail. This robust construction allows for a variety of flex patterns for different skiing types and giving skier pure skiing confidence feel.
